From a coupage of 4 selected roasted malts and 2 hops (Nugget and Sladek) comes a different lager beer, black, of intense flavour A unique beer is born.
Its beautiful dark amber colour, the result of the use of an important amount of roasted malts and the use of Perle Hallertau hops, makes 1906 an elegant and perfectly balanced lager. This beer is made from carefully selected malts and hops of the aromatic Perle Hallertau variety, providing a good balance of aroma and bitterness. Its dark amber colour and pleasant roasted notes come from a generous use of roasted malts. The head is abundant and creamy, retained throughout drinking and leaving a characteristic “Belgian lace”. The alcohol is very well integrated and the sensation of alcohol in the mouth is mild and warm, without the roughness usually found in beers of the same alcohol content.
Stark Craft Beer’s 1945 is named after the year of Indonesia’s independence. It is a rice-based Pilsner-style beer designed for easy drinking, with a clear blonde colour. 1945 is dry, and slightly bitter on the palette, with crisp notes, and a malty and sweet finish. The perfect thirst quencher in warm, humid weather. Best paired with Asian cuisine, seafood, street food, and spicy food.

Inspired by the forgotten German Lichtenhainer style of beer, this is a tart sessionable gooseberry mead with a gentle yet distinct smokiness from an assam smoked oolong tea.
The international Wit! Brewed with traditional Belgian Witbier yeast, New Zealand Wakatu hops, Curacao orange peel and coriander to deliver a refreshing flavour. This unfiltered Witbier has a natural cloudiness and a smooth white head
Like luminous amber suffused with orange highlights, Benediktiner Weissbier sparkles in the glass, with an opalescent appearance lent by the natural cloudiness of the yeast. Its rich, white head is characterized by a good density and fine texture. The pot-pourri of aromas combines strong caramel notes, with hints of honey and fruits, chief among them bananas and raisins. Each gently sparkling sip melts on the tongue and palate.

Refined amber ale with orange reflections
Note first the bright, fresh golden colour and rich frothy head so typical of this elegant Pilsner beer. Its refined herbal notes are delicately poised, followed by a nutty and honeyed aftertaste. The overall impression of this gently sparkling beer is one of deep harmony, with the unmistakeable bitterness of the hops balanced and contained by an agreeable, mellow sweetness in the body.
Classic German noble hops are the backbone of this highly drinkable lager. Bohemian lager yeast and Munich malt creates a crisp malty unfiltered craft lager. Low to medium body and bitterness with a clean aroma.
East IPA is a clean, drinkable IPA that’s packed with flavour and offers a bold balance, not a smack in the head. American hops soar in the bright piney aroma, while East Kent Goldings hops bring the taste of stone fruits and firm bitterness from IPA’s ancestral British home.
Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in colour and displays a firm malt center supported by a refreshing bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel malts show in the finish. The aromatic qualities of the beer are enhanced by “dry-hopping”, the centuries-old practice of steeping the beer with fresh hops as it undergoes a long, cold maturation. The result is a wonderfully flavourful beer, smooth, refreshing and very versatile with food. Dry-hopping is largely a British technique, which we’ve used in a Viennese-style beer to create an American original.
Brooklyn Naranjito was brewed with some of our favourite dishes in mind. We put the pop of citrus that graces some of our favourites into a beer with a helping of sweet orange peel in the brew kettle. The vivacious fruit lends a burst of juiciness, a fresh, ticklish aroma and a decidedly refreshing finish to this American pale ale. It’s amazing what a little orange (naranjito) can do.
Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, an unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, with a clean malt flavour and the quirky Sorachi Ace hop standing front and center. Dry-hopping releases Sorachi Ace’s bright, spicy aromatics to tickle the nose before ascending into a fine harmony between pilsner malt and playful Belgian ale yeast.

This unique lager from the Veltins brewery is named after the place where it comes from – Grevenstein. It has a nice amber colour with orange reflections and a mellow soft head. Grevensteiner’s complex flavour is dominated by caramel with a slight undertone of honey, roasted almonds, and fresh fruity flavours that bring tastes of green apple to mind. Grevensteiner Original appears very crisp and elegant, despite its round and malty-sweet body. Stark Lager is an all-malt blonde lager beer with 65% less carbohydrate content and calories compared to an ordinary lager beer. One bottle of Stark LC Lager is equivalent in calories to 3 bottles of a normal beer. The beer possesses a well-attenuated body, with a light mouth feel, and slight hop bitterness. Perfect with a burger or dim sum.

Straffe Hendrik Heritage is a special variety of the Straffe Hendrik Quadruple, as it a one year oak barrel aged beer. The beer is brewed in autumn and is only available in a limited edition. The combination of the spiciness and bitterness of the quadruple with the subtle taste of wine and wood from the barrels is inimitable. Licorices and dark fruits like raisins, prunes and figs can also be discovered.

Straffe Hendrik Tripel is a golden triple with a sturdy white collar. The aroma is spicy with hints of black pepper, coriander, ginger and tangerine.
