Carrot Cubes specialises in freshly handmade carrot cake and we take pride in using only premium quality ingredients. Each batch requires at least two hours of steaming so as to achieve the optimal texture of the carrot cake. Furthermore, we have also reinterpreted the breakfast staple and transformed it a never-seen carnival food. With the creation of our 2 unique flavous (Bacon & Cubes and Hottie), we hope to deliver a
gastronomic experience with every bite.

CHAR Restaurant first appeared on the dining scene in Singapore in 2014 when it was launched by two Brits – Anthony and Alvin Ung.
Alvin, a chef by profession, has 30 years of experience working in Chinese restaurants in Birmingham with expertise in traditional Chinese cooking. Anthony, on the other hand, loves experimenting with Western food preparation techniques but using Asian ingredients and produce. Combining their individual culinary skills and passion for cooking, the brothers put a unique twist on traditional Chinese roasts such as char siew, roast pork and roast duck and came up with a winning formula that prompted the opening of their first restaurant – CHAR.
This will be their first time bringing their stellar east-meets-west roast meats to Beerfest Asia 2018.

Shiso Gourmet Catering is a concept caterer that brings gourmet food to your event. Be it a japanese theme party, summer holiday theme party, and etc, our team will make your event an enjoyable and memorable one. This year at Beer Fest Asia 2018, we bring you the most comfort and affordable food to go with beer. Kushiyaki are grilled meat on bamboo skewer made from bite sized pieces of meat from all different parts of white meat and red meat, such as the breasts, thighs, skin, liver and other innards. Usually made to order and cooked over charcoal grill.
We will be serving chicken yakitori and waygu beef meatball skewer freshly made daily with our in house marination created by our chef. Not forgetting our most popular Chicken Karaage in Jumbo Skewer and we have added our own creation Ume Chilli Powder to it. It is a popular, inexpensive dish commonly enjoyed together with a glass of beer. We guarantee you will not STOP AT ONE!
