21 Sliders

Booth No.: B03

Its 21st century, originality is getting harder to come by and standing out is important to success. 21 Sliders is a succulent new approach not just to burgers but to the way food is served to the masses. Combining a variety of home grown and western flavours served in a jam packed, explosive mini slider presents itself as a new way of defining fast food.

Today is all about the fast paced and convenience driven lifestyle of the 21st century working class and 21 Sliders represents the new age of food that is worth making part of their everyday lives.

This is what the brand image should represent, punchy, bold and brazen but still balanced with the class and etiquette of aesthetics.

Almost Famous Craft Beer Bar

Booth No.: B39 - B44

Alluding to the state of emptiness, Almost Famous Craft Beer Bar was conceived to be a space to provide clarity to the experience. Adding nothing to influence and taking nothing away to distract from the emphasis of the subjects within the space. We want to push the boundaries of what defines how a craft beer bar should be.

Conceptualised with minimalism in mind, the bar was designed to be an environment devoid of unnecessary aesthetics. Every detail from the design of furniture, tableware, menu board, and even the coasters was selected with careful restraint, to achieve simplicity in form and function. A concept that was further enhanced by the choice of basic shapes and monochromatic palettes in the overall aesthetics of the interiors.

We want this objectivity to be translated into nothing short of a memorable experience with the emphasis on people, food and craft beers.
